Lesley
is a child of the desert, in one way. She was born in Namibia and
has memories of long road trips with her father and family through
the gravel roads of the Nanania plateau and Rehoboth. She has always
been spiritually aware, but she does have some cairns and landmarks
along the route. |

Charis
has a determined and thoughtful faith in Jesus. She loves discovering
things, and is imaginative and innovative in the visual and dramatic
arts. The 18 months left of school seems like a long time to her!

Joanna
is reflective and intellectual in her love for Jesus. She loves ideas
and finds third year English and Maths stimulating and demanding.
Creative writing is her passion.

Martin
follows Jesus with concentrated desire to reflect that in
all areas of life. He has a deep love for people who are marginalised.
Out of many years spent with Thai Christians and among Buddhist people
of Thailand, he enjoys teaching others about sharing their experience
of Jesus.

finds Jesus’ involvement in her life amazing. She lives in the
Claremont urban hub and loves to pray for the people and businesses
around her.

is a creative, excited follower of Jesus.
A graduate in drama and religious studies, she is involved in empowering
young people through the dramatic arts and loves to interact with
people of other faiths. She is studying PGCE at UCT this year. |

Mitcham
loves Jesus and all things weird! He is involved in a Christian
martial arts group, is a fanatical maker-of-anything, enjoys hard
core exercise and dabbles in music and other arts. He works in hydraulic
engineering.

knows how much Jesus makes a difference in his life and takes delight
in inviting others into the same opportunity. He is into photography
in his spare time, and works in administration at a cosmetics company.

Rochelle has experienced Jesus very deeply in her
life. She loves all outdoors things, especially diving and her two
huskies. Art and design are also important to her and she runs a
design company.
